AIPS sets aside seed money each year for organizing a Pakistan-related conference or workshop in the US. Any AIPS Institutional Member can submit a proposal.
NOTE: These funds may be used to support airfare and other direct conference expenses.

This award is funded through a grant from the Council of American Overseas Research Centers.
To apply:
Submit a one-page proposal to AIPS that includes the following information:
- Institutional Affiliation and agreement to host conference/workshop
- Conference/workshop title and theme
- Faculty member proposing the conference/workshop (short bio or CV)
- Conference/workshop program or agenda
- Proposed dates
- Budget for the conference/workshop
- If the proposing institution is not an AIPS member, an AIPS Institutional Membership must be sent under separate cover

Deadlines:
All AIPS Conference/Workshop applications will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Applications must be received by 11:59pm CST. The AIPS Review Committee will make all awarding decisions.
